Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher to join a specialist setting in Northumberland, supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities during their early years education. The Role As an Early Years SEND Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can develop and thrive. You will plan and deliver engaging, child-centred activities tailored to individual needs, abilities and developmental stages. You will work closely with teaching assistants, families and other professionals to ensure each child receives the support they need to make meaningful progress. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Early Years lessons and activities adapted to individual SEND needs. Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Support children s communication, social, emotional and academic development. Develop and implement individualised learning plans and appropriate interventions. Monitor and assess children s progress and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with support staff, parents/carers and external professionals.
