Sales Support Advisor - Full Time

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Advisor to join a well-established, family-run business in the food industry has a strong heritage and a reputation built over generations.

This position plays a key role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers
  • Handle sales administration and maintain customer records
  • Liaise between the Sales Manager and clients to ensure smooth communication
  • Monitor customer accounts and support the achievement of sales targets
  • Assist in data collection and reporting
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Understanding of sales principles and service standards
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required
