About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and communication challenges. You'll work closely with class teachers and other professionals to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans.
  • Encourage independence and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
