We're looking for a committed Resource Worker to provide 1:1 support to a male resident in a residential setting in Middlesbrough. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, reliable, and confident supporting individuals with day to day needs.

You'll work directly with one male service user, helping him stay safe, build independence, and maintain a positive daily routine while following agreed support plans.

Contract Type: Temporary (3 with expectation of an extension)

Working pattern - 37 hours per week, onsite (Shift Pattern TBC)
