We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the M30 area. This is a full-time position with an immediate start and strong long-term potential for the right candidate.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Monitor and report on pupil progress
- Previous experience working within a school or SEND environment is highly desirable
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (UDS), or willingness to obtain a new one
- Experience in care, youth work, support work, or similar roles
