We are currently working with a secondary school in the Cheetham Hill area to recruit a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a full-time position via agency. This role is ideal for someone committed to making a positive difference for students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication or learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with complex needs
  • Support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons alongside the class teacher
  • Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development
  • Implement and contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
  • Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
