- Triage Co-Ordination Officer for a local authority in
West London.
In this role, you will provide frontline housing advice and triage, helping residents resolve their housing needs and prevent homelessness through timely, effective and personalised support.
Duties
- Provide frontline housing advice and triage to residents.
- Assess housing needs and identify homelessness prevention solutions.
- Manage enquiries, appointments, referrals and case records.
- Work with residents, landlords and partner agencies to secure suitable housing outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience providing housing, homelessness or public-facing advice.
- Experience assessing complex customer needs and identifying solutions.
- Experience working with landlords, agencies and partner organisations.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines and targets.
