My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Specialist Project Manager on a Contract basis. The postholder will provide strong, structured and delivery-focused project leadership, ensuring the collective consultation process is effectively planned, coordinated and governed. Working closely with senior leaders, HR, Employee Relations, Trade Unions, employee representatives and professional advisers, the role will ensure consultation activity is delivered lawfully, consistently and to agreed timescales.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £550 a day inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Hybrid working
  • Contract type: Contract, Monday - Friday

About the role:

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the collective consultation workstream
  • Develop detailed consultation plans, schedules, milestones and delivery timelines
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project and delivery plans
  • Support the delivery of wider organisational change and workforce transformation activity

About you:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience managing complex organisational change, transformation or workforce consultation programmes
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, APM, Agile Project Management qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Local Authority experience is essential
