My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Property Lawyer on a Contract basis. You will manage your own varied property law caseload, supporting the organisations strategic priorities while ensuring high standards of legal advice, client care and value for money. The role also involves collaborative working across services, supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous service improvement.

- Salary: £45-50 per hour, Inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)

About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Manage a varied caseload of property law matters
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to client departments
- Draft legal documentation, contracts, reports and correspondence
- Attend committee meetings where required and advise elected members
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Qualification as a Solicitor of England and Wales, Barrister, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent
- At least 1 year post-qualification experience (or 3 years pre-qualification experience)
- Local Authority experience is essential
