My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Business Partner (Housing) on a Contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of an excellent Human Resources provision to all directorates within the Council, with a particular focus on strategic HR Business Partner support for the Housing Division.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £24+ per hour, inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require

About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Ensure the maintenance of current Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Communicate the rollout of policies and guidelines effectively
- Strategic support to directorates as requested by the Head of HR, including preparing DMT reports and attending DMTs
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- A full understanding of the current educational and political climate
- Demonstrable record of achievement in employee relations, specifically complex casework and TUPE
- Local Authority experience is essential
