My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR Advisor on a Contract basis. The successful candidate will have experience in Employee Relations casework, knowledge of Employment Law and experience of working for a local authority.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £28+ per hour, inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)
- Hybrid working
- Contract type: Contract Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Provide expert guidance on complex issues and cases, including organisational change, and employee relations case work. Act as the organisations human resource advisory expert on employment legislation. Maintain constructive working relationships with trade union representatives and other staff representatives. Provide advice and support to managers on complex management of change issues including reorganisation/restructuring, redundancy/redeployment, outsourcing/TUPE.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Experience in Employee Relations casework
- Knowledge of Employment Law and experience of working for a local authority
- Local Authority experience is essential
