My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Data Business Analyst on a Contract basis. We are looking for an experienced and analytical Data Business Analyst to join a Housing Directorate, supporting services responsible for over 21,000 homes. This role combines data analysis, business analysis and systems thinking to help transform the way data supports strategic decision-making, service delivery and long-term investment planning across Housing Services.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £300 per day, Inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience* please submit your CV with the rate you require

About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Analyse large and complex housing, asset and operational datasets to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Support asset lifecycle management and investment programmes using data-led insights
- Work collaboratively with Housing, IT, Data and wider business stakeholders to improve systems, reporting and data usage
- Produce business analysis documentation including process maps, requirements gathering documentation, functional specifications, gap analysis and project documentation
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in both Data Analysis and Business Analysis
- Experience delivering data-led change, transformation or service improvement initiatives
- Local Authority experience is essential
