About the Role
Do you have a passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential? Spencer Clarke Group is working closely with several supportive secondary schools across Maghull who are seeking Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people - whether through education, youth work, coaching, or similar environments - who are keen to gain hands-on experience in the classroom and start their journey in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with their learning under the direction of teaching staff.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need extra help.
- Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Promote good behaviour and support the school's values and policies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
