Spencer Clarke Group are working with a welcoming primary school in Liverpool who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to take on full classroom responsibilities within Key Stage 2, helping pupils build confidence, independence and achieve their full academic potential. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment. The school would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and enthusiastic ECTs looking to further develop their teaching career within a supportive setting.

The Role:

  • Take full responsibility for a KS2 class.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Participate fully in school life, including planning, staff meetings, assessments and parent consultations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners.
  • Suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs.
