Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a specialist education setting in Leyland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to gain experience within a rewarding SEND school environment.
The Role
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group classroom support
- Assisting pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and engagement
- Supporting learning, behaviour management, and social development
- Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people preferred
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
