Learning Support Lead - Liverpool Location: Liverpool Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary to Permanent - Full Time Pay: 130- 160 per day, dependent on experience Spencer Clarke Group are working with a specialist education setting in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Lead on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead a team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), ensuring students with SEND and additional learning needs receive high-quality support that promotes independence, achievement and progression. You will oversee the day-to-day deployment of support staff and work closely with curriculum teams, families and external professionals to ensure provision reflects EHCPs, learner profiles and individual support plans. This role would suit an experienced SEND, Learning Support or Education professional with previous experience leading or supervising support staff. The Role: Lead, motivate and support a team of Learning Support Assistants. Coordinate daily LSA deployment, rotas, timetables and cover.
