Are you looking to build a long-term career in recruitment and consultancy? At , we're looking for an ambitious and driven Associate Consultant to join our growing Education division, specialising in SEND schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm desk with existing business already in place, meaning you'll have the chance to earn commission from the start - with consultants typically earning an additional £400-£500 per month early on.

You'll be recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants for SEND schools across the region, helping schools find exceptional staff while supporting candidates into rewarding roles.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with education professionals
  • Recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants for long and short-term vacancies
  • Interviewing and supporting candidates through the recruitment process
  • Managing bookings and matching candidates to suitable schools
  • Developing your market knowledge within SEND education
  • Working closely with experienced consultants and management
