We are seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Lancaster, helping pupils with special educational needs reach their full potential.

About the role:
You will support children on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in a structured and nurturing classroom environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure every child receives the support they need.
We welcome applicants with experience in care work, security, military, nursing, police, or other challenging and high-responsibility environments. Experience working in schools would also be highly advantageous.
