Spencer Clarke Group is currently working in partnership with a highly successful secondary school in North East London to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students within both mainstream classrooms and specialist SEND provision.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, recent graduate considering a future career in education, or someone passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to support students both within mainstream lessons and small group interventions. The role will involve supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and English as an Additional Language (EAL).

You will play a key role in helping students build confidence, independence, and engagement with learning while contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
