My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR Service Transformation Consultant on a Contract basis. We are seeking an experienced HR Service Transformation Consultant to lead a significant organisational redesign programme across Corporate Facilities Management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model of a key council service.

- Salary: Β£550-Β£650 a day inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead the organisational design and restructuring of the Corporate Facilities Management service
- Review existing organisational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, workloads and service capacity
- Develop future operating model options and organisational structure proposals
- Work alongside HR and Finance colleagues to ensure proposals are financially viable, operationally effective and legally compliant
