My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER Caseworker on a Permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters within my client's organisation.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 based on experience
- Hybrid working
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Provide expert HR advice to line managers on a wide range of HR topics, ensuring the effective resolution of employment issues.
- Support both managers and employees in handling employee relations matters, offering guidance on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering positive working relationships.
- Manage a diverse caseload of people-related issues, including onboarding, probationary assessments, grievances, absenteeism, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain and monitor case records with precision, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Hold a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience advising and supporting managers on employment-related matters.
- Local Authority experience is essential.
