An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Head of Estates Facilities to join a successful and growing multi-site education organisation. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will lead the strategic management of the estate, ensuring all buildings and facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained and support outstanding learning environments. You will oversee estates, facilities, health and safety, statutory compliance, sustainability initiatives and capital projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the organisation's estates and facilities strategy.
  • Lead on health and safety, risk management and statutory compliance.
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
  • Oversee capital projects from planning through to completion.
  • Manage facilities contracts and external contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene and building compliance.
  • Prepare and manage estates budgets and monitor expenditure.
