Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced EHC Coordinator to work with our Local Authority Client in the South East within the Post-14 team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of up to date SEND legislation including the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015
  • Experience within Post-14 Local Authority SEND
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties include:

  • Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and support continuous service improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact for families, providing guidance and support throughout the EHCP process
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals to deliver person-centred EHCP
