About the Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Outreach Worker to deliver targeted programmes within school settings across Halifax. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who understands school environments and can step straight into delivery with minimal supervision. You will work directly with students to support their cognitive development, learning behaviours, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
