Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Options Team Manager for a Local Authority Client in Kent. In this role, you will lead the Housing Options team, manage complex cases, and ensure high-quality housing services for the community.
Duties:
- Manage and support the Housing Options team to deliver effective services.
- Oversee housing applications, assessments, and placements.
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff, resolving complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in housing management, ideally within local government.
- Strong knowledge of housing law, homelessness legislation, and housing options.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of managing complex cases and delivering excellent customer service.
What's on offer:
- Salary: Β£33ph may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience.
- Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
