We are currently looking for a Family Service Worker to join one of our public clients in the Crewe area on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will work directly with children, young people, and families to deliver early help and preventative support.
You ll plan and deliver evidence based interventions, complete holistic family assessments, and ensure families receive timely, coordinated support.
You will also contribute to written reports, maintain accurate records, and prioritise vulnerable or hard to reach families.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a range of evidence based programmes and interventions to support children and families.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate services.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Identify safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately Key Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
Experience supporting children, young people, and families in community or early help settings.
Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
Ability to manage sensitive information and produce clear written reports.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multi agency partners.
