Therapist – Family SafeguardingWest Midlands (Hybrid Role – Face-to-Face Therapy Sessions Required)Up to £34 per hour Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a BACP or Systemic Family Therapist to join our client’s team in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver meaningful psychological and systemic interventions, supporting parents and carers with significant and complex needs. Role Responsibilities: Deliver 1-to-1 and group-based psychological interventions to parents and carers. Provide clinical assessments, formulations, and time-limited evidence-based interventions. Focus on improving parental mental health and well-being while engaging with the broader social care system supporting families. Design and deliver bespoke therapeutic interventions tailored to individual parental mental health needs. Use evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Informed CBT, DBT, EMDR, Functional Family Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy. Essential Requirements: Relevant experience and qualifications in delivering therapeutic interventions (e.g., Trauma-Informed CBT, DBT, EMDR, Systemic Family Therapy, or similar approaches). Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention planning.
