My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented ER Lead (Trade Union Relations) on a Contract basis. We are looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Lead with exceptional expertise in Trade Union negotiations, industrial relations and organisational change to support the delivery of a high-profile workforce transformation programme.

- Salary: 550 per day *negotiable based on experience

About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead complex Trade Union negotiations and formal consultation processes
- Build and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with recognised Trade Union representatives
- Resolve high-profile and complex employee and industrial relations issues in line with Council policies, employment legislation and ACAS guidance
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, workflows and governance arrangements to improve consistency and compliance across ER activity
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience leading Trade Union negotiations
- Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework and workforce disputes
- Local Authority experience is essential
