EOTAS Case Officer £290 per day - Inside IR35 Initial interim contract with a view to being extended Predominantly remote working - 1 day per week on site Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced EOTAS Case Officer for our Local Authority client in the South East. The successful candidate will manage a specialist caseload of approximately 20-22 EOTAS cases, taking responsibility for coordinating and putting together appropriate EOTAS packages for children and young people. The role will be predominantly remote, however you will be required to visit Alternative Provision settings as part of your caseload. These visits can be condensed into approximately 1 day per week. We are looking for an experienced Local Authority SEND Case Officer who has specific experience managing EOTAS cases and can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of approximately 20-22 EOTAS cases. · Coordinate and put together individual EOTAS packages. · Work closely with families, education providers and relevant professionals. · Visit Alternative Provision settings to monitor provision and individual packages. · Ensure cases are progressed in line with statutory SEND requirements and timescales. · Maintain accurate case records and ensure appropriate provision is in place.Requirements: Previous experience working as a SEND Case Officer within a Local Authority. · Demonstrable experience managing EOTAS cases. · Experience putting together and coordinating EOTAS packages. · Strong understanding of the statutory SEND process and SEND Code of Practice. · Ability to independently manage a specialist caseload and hit the ground running. · Ability to attend the South East approximately 1 day per week.Applications without previous EOTAS case management experience will unfortunately not be considered.
