My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Technology (Northgate/NEC) Project Manager on a Contract basis. This role will lead the phased implementation of Northgate/NEC at the Council. Northgate/NEC project management experience is essential.
About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid - very flexible): Lead the implementation of NEC/Northgate Housing, including key modules (assets, risk management, servicing, etc.).
- Articulate and deliver phased implementation plans (of up to 2 years).
- Lead on senior stakeholder engagement and management.
About you:
- Extensive experience with Northgate / NEC implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC Housing processes (workflow, work in/out).
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strong Project Management fundamentals (e.g. Prince 2).
- Local Authority experience is very beneficial.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £500-£600+ per day, inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience.
- Hybrid Working.
- Contract type: Contract.
- Hours: 09:******:00 Monday to Friday.
