My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Technology (Northgate/NEC) Project Manager on a Contract basis. This role will lead the phased implementation of Northgate/NEC at the Council. Northgate/NEC project management experience is essential.

About the role:

  • Based in Greater London (Hybrid - very flexible): Lead the implementation of NEC/Northgate Housing, including key modules (assets, risk management, servicing, etc.).
  • Articulate and deliver phased implementation plans (of up to 2 years).
  • Lead on senior stakeholder engagement and management.

About you:

  • Extensive experience with Northgate / NEC implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of NEC Housing processes (workflow, work in/out).
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong Project Management fundamentals (e.g. Prince 2).
  • Local Authority experience is very beneficial.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £500-£600+ per day, inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience.
  • Hybrid Working.
  • Contract type: Contract.
  • Hours: 09:******:00 Monday to Friday.
