We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor in the Enfield area to cover a team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking a range of complex diagnostics and coordinating multi-trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks.
- Demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling.
- Carrying out toolbox talks and one-to-ones with operatives.
- Conducting pre and post inspections on tenanted properties.
- Managing the void team to ensure voids are delivered within the time scale.
- Attending evening TA meetings and ensuring responsiveness to internal and external customer needs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities.
