Employment Advisor - Local Authority

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Employment Advisor on a Contract basis.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will have experience in Local Authority organisations and understand how to work with adult job seekers who are preparing to move into employment, helping them to identify and address the barriers that make this difficult. \\n\\nWhat's on offer:\\n\\nSalary: £19+ per hour, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience\\n\\n*please submit your CV with the rate you require\\n\\nHybrid working \\nContract type: Contract\\nMonday to Friday \\n\\nAbout the role:\\n\\nBased in Greater London (Hybrid):\\n\\nTo manage a high volume or complex caseload and deliver the job search process for new and existing clients to support them into sustainable employment ensuring that appropriate evidence is captured.\\nTo support and motivate clients in their job search activities including, benefits and economic assessments.\\nTo support local recruitment needs including jobs fairs, employer open days, outreach events, redundancy projects delivered on and off-site. \\n\\nAbout you:\\n You will have the following experiences:\\n\\nExtensive experience in a similar role\\nWorking in a recruitment or employment advisory environment having supported individuals to achieve employment goals using client action plans.\\nA knowledge of the Welfare to Work benefits system.\\nLocal Authority experience is essential \\n\\nHow to apply \\n\\nOnce your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.\\nDue to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
