Job Description

Education Funding Consultant – West Midlands

3 months initially – likely to be extended

Salary: £460 – £500 per day

Remote Working

What we need from you:

The role is required to provide additional capacity to the finance team to enable multiyear forecasting work to be completed, including completion of the DSG Management Plan.

Co-ordination, forecasting and analysis of spending patterns in relation to the Dedicated Schools Grant.

The candidate is expected to work with a range of teams in the LA and externally, education and health, to enable the completion of the multi year forecast and identify actions that will help address the forecast deficit on the High Needs Block.

Must Have:

  • Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience within a similar SEND role is required.
