SEND Team Manager
£450 per day - Inside IR35
Initial 3-6 month contract with a view to being extended
Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week on site
Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced SEND Team Manager for our local authority client in the South East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Assessment & Review Officers, overseeing performance and ensuring the effective delivery of statutory SEND processes.
You will form part of an established management team of 5 Team Managers within the SEND Service.
We are looking for an experienced SEND Team Manager who can hit the ground running within a busy local authority environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience working within a Local Authority SEND Service.
Previous experience managing SEND Case Officers / Assessment & Review
Strong knowledge of the EHC Needs Assessment and Annual Review processes.
Ability to manage team performance and support officers with complex casework.Working arrangements:
Ideally 2 days per week on site.
· 1 day per week on site may be considered for the right candidate.
