My client in Dudley are looking to appoint a talented Talent & Organisational Development Manager on a Contract basis. Reporting to the Assistant Director of People & Inclusion and as a member of the People & Inclusion Leadership Team, the Talent & Organisational Development Manager will lead the strategic development and delivery of the organisations talent, organisational development, learning, leadership, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) agenda.

About the role:
- Based in Dudley (Hybrid):
- Lead the design and delivery of organisation-wide talent management, succession planning and career development frameworks
- Develop innovative talent strategies that support workforce sustainability and future organisational needs
- Oversee the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes
- Lead the Council's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda for employees
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- MCIPD qualified (Level 7) or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources
- Extensive experience leading Talent Management, Learning & Development and Organisational Development functions
- Local Authority experience is essential
