Pastoral Lead Monday-Wednesday 4:45pm finish, Thursday 5:00pm, Friday 4:00pm. Lead on safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, and student wellbeing, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for pupils with ASC. Work closely with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to implement safeguarding and behaviour policies, coordinate targeted interventions, monitor attendance and engagement, deliver CPD, and provide reports to SLT and Governors. Act as the school's DSL and LAC Lead, oversee EVC compliance, support EHCP interventions, and provide rapid pastoral support to pupils requiring additional support.
