Digital Scrum Master ** We are seeking a Digital Scrum Master on behalf of a Local Authority Client based in Reading. Salary: £400 per day (Inside IR35) – may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience. Contract type: Initial 3-6 month agency contract with a view to be extended. Hours: Full time role. Location: Hybrid working – 1 day a week in the office. About the role: This role is pivotal to the delivery of Agile project delivery capability in Reading Borough Council\’s digital and ICT service. You will have lots of interactions with both internal and external project managers and will co-ordinate the effective delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams to build new exciting capability for the council. Core to the role is the ability to take the initiative and ensure the smart delivery of the backlog keeping velocity at optimal levels. You will have the ability to report backlog performance at various level of the organisation. Projects will include software as well as hardware projects. Experience of working with business analysts and service designers is important.
