We are seeking a dedicated and supportive tutor to work with a keen and motivated learner who is studying towards GCSE English and GCSE Biology. The learner has missed a significant amount of education and is working towards gaining these qualifications. They are eager to learn, engage well with the right support, and are committed to making progress. Due to underlying health conditions, they may experience fatigue at times, so the successful tutor will need to be patient, flexible, and able to adapt lessons to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE English and/or GCSE Biology.
- Ability to build confidence and re-engage learners who have experienced educational disruption.
- Patient, encouraging, and understanding approach.
- Ability to differentiate lessons and pace learning appropriately.
- Relevant qualifications and enhanced DBS check preferred.
Role Responsibilities
