My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented DDAT Programme Manager on a Contract basis. The role will lead on the improvement of the council's digital, data and technology (DDaT) capability. Local Authority experience is essential.

About the role:

  • Based in Greater London (hybrid): Programme management of the council's DDaT projects and products.
  • DDaT consultancy - effective senior business partnering to support and enable council services to deliver and implement digital products.
  • DDaT function development - defining the future of the council's digital capability, including methodology, structure and implementation approaches.
  • DDaT scrutiny - contributing to the digital function's oversight of DDaT and associated business decisions.

About you:

  • Significant experience of leading DDAT improvement and adoption programmes, in a Local authority context.
  • Prince2 / Agile methodologies.
  • Politically astute, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Local Authority experience is essential.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £540 per day, inside IR35
