About the Role

As a Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities and learning styles.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning culture.
  • Providing constructive feedback to support pupil development and attainment.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and other support staff.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participating in staff meetings, training, parents' evenings, and school events.
  • Upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching within UK schools is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting pupil achievement.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Spencer Clarke Group.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
