We are seeking a motivated and supportive SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Further Education college in Dartford, working with learners who have a range of learning difficulties and SEND needs. This role is ideal for someone confident supporting Maths and English in a classroom setting and passionate about helping young people develop the skills they need for education, employment, and independence.
The Role
- Supporting learners with SEND in Maths and English lessons
- Providing in-class support to improve engagement, understanding, and progress
- Assisting learners with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs
- Working closely with lecturers and support staff to implement support strategies

Requirements
- Ability to support Maths and English in a classroom environment
- Experience supporting learners with SEND or learning difficulties

Desirable Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
- SEND-related training or CPD
