Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging lessons across your specialist subject or the wider curriculum. Following lesson plans and adapting learning activities where required. Managing classroom behaviour effectively. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Supporting students with their learning and development. Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff. Providing feedback to the school where appropriate.
