Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join our growing Education division in Preston. This is a key role within the business, supporting our recruitment teams by ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and ready to work within schools. You will play an important part in maintaining high standards and helping us deliver a smooth and professional service to both candidates and clients. You will also have the opportunity to increase your earnings through a commission structure paid per cleared file, rewarding efficiency and productivity. This opportunity would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing candidate compliance files from registration through to clearance
  • Processing and reviewing DBS checks, references, right to work documents, and safeguarding paperwork
  • Ensuring all compliance processes meet education sector standards and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with candidates, consultants, and clients regarding outstanding documentation
  • Supporting the wider Education team with administrative tasks where required
