We are looking for a motivated and driven Clerk of Works with experience in the rehabilitation of void properties within the Social Housing sector. You will work with a team of surveyors and letting officers to assist in achieving the corporate void turnaround times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting void properties to pre and post inspect
- Specification write up using schedule of rates
- Ensuring empty homes are let to a high standard in minimum turnaround time
- Manage the works process for voids, working closely and effectively with contractors and other stakeholders
- Monitor contractor performance both in terms of quality and value for money
- Use relevant IT systems to ensure that the reporting and data for the performance management is accurate
