Civica CX Implementation Programme Manager - Local Authority

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Civica CX Implementation Programme Manager on a Contract basis. This role will support the Council\’s implementation of Civica CX, replacing the legacy housing CRM. About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead on the Civica CV implementation for the Council. Work to decommission the legacy system, whilst leading on the data cleanse and migration to Civica CX. Lead on and effectively manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams. Take responsibility and oversee delivery of other individual Projects and programmes to an agreed direction, timescale and budget as required.About you: You will have the following experiences: Local Government experience with Civica CX implementations is essential. Other housing CRM implementations will be considered.
