Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a public sector organisation in the Gloucestershire area to appoint an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis. This is a hands-on estates and property management role supporting a varied corporate property portfolio. You will provide pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders and respond to external enquiries while managing core landlord and tenant matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day property management across a corporate/commercial portfolio
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, and wider landlord and tenant matters
- Handling and advising on service charge queries and reconciliations
- Acquisitions and disposals, including instructing and managing external advisers
- Easements and wayleaves work and associated negotiations
- Supporting or leading property valuations activity as required
- Providing clear written and verbal property advice to internal departments
About you:
- Strong experience in commercial estates / corporate property
- Proven delivery across L&T, service charges, acquisitions/disposals, and easements/wayleaves
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to work at pace
- Local Authority background is desirable (or strong equivalent public sector experience)
