I'm looking for a School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion) to join a Local Authority in the North West.
£500 per day - Inside IR35
Interim contract
The role will lead strategic school improvement, standards and inclusion, working closely with Headteachers, school leaders and wider Local Authority services.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing support and challenge to school leaders
- Leading school improvement activity
- Driving educational standards and outcomes
- Strategic leadership across inclusion and education
- Analysing educational performance data
- Leading and managing a School Effectiveness team
- Supporting leadership, SENCO and curriculum development
- Overseeing Alternative Provision and wider inclusion initiatives
(Previous senior school leadership and/or Local Authority school improvement experience is essential.)
