We are currently working with a Local Authority in Hull appoint an experienced Care Officer to join their team as soon as possible! Within this role you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will contribute to their emotional, physical, and social development, helping them build confidence and achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Work collaboratively with social workers, care managers, and families to create effective support programs tailored to individual needs.
