My Local Authority client in Lancashire is looking to appoint a talented Business Development Specialist on a Contract basis. This role will lead on the market & business development and supplier relationship management for the Council.
About the role:
- Based in Lancashire (hybrid - very flexible):
- Develop and build strong relationships with local suppliers / providers.
- Support the launch of new income streams / business opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for the Council.
- Develop ideas and commercial opportunities.
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Experienced in managing key accounts / strategic multi-level relationships.
- Highly developed Relationship Management Skills.
- Commercial expertise to drive performance, manage reviews, income generation and cost management - develop and deliver KPI's.
- Ability to build strong commercial partnerships.
What's on offer:
- Salary: Β£500-Β£700+ per day, IR35 TBC*negotiable based on experience.
- Hybrid Working.
- Contract type: Contract.
- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday.
