We are recruiting Outreach Tutors to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are unable to access mainstream education. The role involves delivering 1:1 English and Maths tuition to help students maintain their learning and improve confidence. Sessions are delivered either in the student's home or in a local public library. Tutors will plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs, ensuring students remain engaged and make progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEND or SEMH students
  • Strong knowledge of English and/or Maths
  • Ability to plan and deliver tailored lessons independently
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
  • Access to transport preferred
